The Sneaker Shack is set to have 45 outlets by 2025.
Following the success of his stores, The Sneaker Shack owner Lolo Ndlovu has begun working on a franchise plan that will allow South African entrepreneurs to own a piece of fast-growing chain.
Sitting at a Rosebank coffee shop for his interview, Ndlovu says the sneaker care business, which he officially opened in 2016, has been doing so well that he’s roped in a franchising agency to work on plans and licensing.
The team is headed by Eric Parker, a consultant and partner at Franchising Plus. Parker – who is also one of the founders of popular chicken restaurant chain Nando’s – played a significant role in beauty salon chain Sorbet’s franchise strategy.
